The social impact sector is experiencing incredible growth and competition. Collaboration, innovation, and the ability to network have become necessary skills for today's leaders to keep their organizations relevant in an interconnected 21st world. Leadership looks decidedly more egalitarian than it has in the past. Today's emerging nonprofit leaders are less interested in yesterday's hierarchical ladder-climbing and more interested in creating organizational impact and influencing transformation in the sector as whole. In this research-based series we will develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and awareness necessary for leading in a changing world. The first workshop in this 4-part series is Leading Self Part 1. Register at http://bit.ly/21h4vVe
